介孔分子筛(MMS)在乙烯、丙烯聚合反应中兼具催化剂载体与纳米反应器双重功能。MMS(主要为MCM-41与SBA-15)不仅对烯烃齐聚产物有择形选择作用,更能在烯烃聚合时在分子筛的纳米孔道中以挤出方式形成伸直链结构的纳米聚烯烃纤维。综述了近十年MMS负载金属有机配合物催化乙烯、丙烯聚合反应的研究进展,重点包括金属配合物负载、MMS中烯烃聚合反应以及聚烯烃纳米复合材料的结构-性能关系;对MMS在烯烃聚合领域的应用前景进行了展望。
Mesoporous molecular sieves(MMS) play double role in the polymerization of ethylene and propylene as catalyst support and nano reactor. MMS(mainly MCM-41 and SBA-15) is not only shape selective for the olefin oligomers,it can also fabricate nano fibers of extended chains from olefin polymerization conducted in the nano pores of MMS following an extrusion polymerization mechanism. This article reviews the progress in the polymerization of ethylene and propylene with MMSsupported catalysts in the last 10 years and focuses on the precatalyst immobilization,olefin polymerization in varying MMSs,and the relationship between the structure and properties of the as-prepared polyolefins. The prospect for the research and development of MMS in polymerization is also presented.
