利用Visual Basic软件将虚拟仪器技术、数字信号处理技术与动平衡技术结合起来,把采集到的数据,按操作者选择的功能进行测量,连续测量,累积测量等相关操作,同时在虚拟仪器界面上显示工件不平衡质量的大小和位置。在完成整体设计后,将电机和本测试仪进行联机实验,一次去重率达到90%以上,无论在平衡精度还是在测量精度方面,都已实现了动平衡测量的要求。
Using Visual Basic combining the technology of virtual device with the technology of digital signal processing and the technology of dynamic balance achieves measuring and continuous measuring and accumulative measuring to the data collected according to the function chosen by the author while displaying the magnitude and position of the imbalance mass on the screen of computer. After completing the whole design, the author get rid of 90% imbalance mass once by applying the dynamic balance test system on electromotors and this meet the request of dynamic balance test well on the balance precision and measuring accuracy.
