以质量屋为研究对象,基于产品广义质量将用户需求划分为产品质量需求、时间需求、成本需求、环境需求、售后服务需求5类,建立用户需求结构;应用层次分析法确定用户需求重要度;基于产品设计质量,将设计需求展开为24个子项;分析5类用户需求与24个设计需求间的相互对应关系,应用Swing方法定量确定用户需求与设计需求关系值。以直线振动筛为例验证基于上述研究结果所构成质量屋的有效性。
Quality function deployment (QFD) was investigated herein. According to the general quality of products, customer requirements were collected into 5 groups: quality, time, cost, environment and service, and the customer requirement structure was proposed. Analytical hierarchical process (AHP) was applied to determine the importance of customer requirements. 24 design requirements were identified based on the design quality of products. The relationships among customer requirements and design requirements were analyzed, and the values were determined by the Swing method quantitatively. A case study on linear vibration screen was used to demonstrate and validate the HOQ constructed by the above results.
