2-全氟丙氧基丙酰氟(六氟环氧丙烷二聚体)与丙烯胺酰胺化反应制得2-全氟丙氧基丙酰烯丙基胺(PFPAA),并进一步以SDS/OP-10为复合乳化剂,过硫酸铵为引发剂,采用连续滴加法制备了该单体和丙烯酸甲酯的共聚乳液,得到了预期的稳定性良好的产品,并对其进行了表征。初步探讨了乳液中含氟单体添加量对转化率,乳液粒径以及胶膜接触角的影响。随着含氟单体添加量的增多,乳液的转化率降低,乳液粒径减小,胶膜的水接触角显著增大。
A novel fluoromonomer 2 - perfluorpropoxypropionylallylamine (PFPAA) whose emulsion copolymerization with methylacrylate was carried out by continuous were synthesized and adding dropwise and SDS/OP- 10 as composite emulsifier and ammonium persulfate as initiator. Expected stable production was obtained. The structure of fluorine - containing polymer was characterized by use of FTIR. The influences of PFPAA addition on conversion rate of monomers, emulsion particle diameter, contact angles of the films were preliminarily studied.
