目的：既往研究表明，老年2型糖尿病患者血管硬化与血同型半胱氨酸水平关系密切，本文探讨老年2型糖尿病患者血同型半胱氨酸与脉搏波传导速度的关系。方法将60例老年2型糖尿病病患者按照血同型半胱氨酸水平的不同，分为两组：A组31例（血HCY≤10.5μmol/L），B组29例（血HCY〉10.5μmol/L），分别测定脉搏波传导速度。结果随着血同型半胱氨酸水平升高，脉搏波传导速度增高，A组为（1805.71±312.52）cm/s，B组为（1992.45±365.79）cm/s，A组〉B组（P〈0.05）。结论老年2型糖尿病患者脉搏波传导速度增高与高同型半胱氨酸血症关系密切。

英文摘要：

Objective The past researches have shown that angiosclerosis was closely associated with serum homocysteine level in elderly type 2 diabetes mellitus patients. The current study aimed to investigate the relationship between homocysteine and brachial-ankle pulse wave velocity（ba-PWV）in elderly people with type 2 diabetes mellitus. Method 60 elderly type 2 diabetes mellitus patients were divided into 2 groups according to serum homocysteine,group A 31 cases（Hcy≤10.5umol/L）,group B 29 cases（Hcy〉10.5umol/L）. The ba-PWV was examined at the same time. Results The ba-PWV was 1805.71±312.52cm/s in group A and 1992.45 ±365.79cm/s in group B. There was a significant difference in ba-PWV between the two grous,group A〉group B （P〈0.05）. Conclusion In elderly essential type 2 diabetes mellitus patients,ba-PWV correlates with Hcy positively.
