基于SNA理论与方法,通过企业间联盟关系构建中国化学药品行业的战略联盟网络,并运用负二项回归模型实证分析网络结构对企业创新能力的影响。研究结果表明:拥有中介中心位置优势的企业能够在联盟短期内显著提升其创新能力;而处于结构洞位置的企业创新优势并不明显;网络的聚集与稠密连接对企业创新能力的影响不显著;较强的网络连通性会弱化企业的创新能力。最后,将研究结论与国内外同类研究比较可知,在不同国家、市场经济体制下联盟网络结构对企业创新能力的影响存在差异;不同的行业类别、企业规模、文化背景下,联盟网络结构对企业创新能力的影响也不尽相同。
Supported by the social network analysis theory and method, this paper constructs inter-firm collaboration net- works of Chemical Strategic Alliances in China by alliance relationship, and used negative binomial regression to study the impact of alliance network structure on firm innovation capability. The empirical results show that the firms embedded in al- liance networks with better betweenness centrality will have greater innovative output in the short term; but the advantageous structural hole location does not improve the firm innovation capability; the impact clustering and dense connection on firm innovation capability is not significant; the impact network connectivity on firm innovation capability is negative. Comparing the similar research at home and abroad, result shows that there are differences of the impact of alliance network structure on firm innovation capability in different countries and market economy system ; the impact of alliance network structure on firm innovation capability are also different in different industry categories, enterprise scale, and cultural background.
