苍梧县宝山铜矿位于大瑶山隆起中南部,其成矿作用与燕山晚期石英斑岩体密切相关。运用LA-(MC)-ICP-MS锆石U-Pb同位素定年技术,测得矿区花岗斑岩年龄为94.8±0.6 Ma(MSWD=0.17),含矿石英斑岩年龄为93.9±0.4 Ma(MSWD=2.5),二者形成时代均为晚白垩世。宝山铜矿具备斑岩型铜矿部分特征,推测矿体形成时代与含矿石英斑岩体一致。大瑶山隆起区内燕山晚期斑岩体中普遍发育Cu-Mo-Au-Ag等金属成矿,可能与华南中生代晚期大规模成矿事件相对应。
The Baoshan copper deposit is located at the uplift in southern Dayaoshan uplift area,Guangxi. The mineralization is closely related to the Late Yanshanian quartz porphyry. Using LA-( MC)-ICP-MS zircon U- Pb dating,zircons from the granite porphyry has a weighted mean age of 94. 8 ± 0. 6 Ma( MSWD = 0. 17),zircons from the Cu-mineralization quartz porphyry has a weighted mean age of 93. 9 ± 0. 4 Ma( MSWD = 2. 5). These data suggest that the granite stock formed during the Late Cretaceous. Since the Baoshan copper deposit is characterized by porphyry copper deposit and obviously associated with granite stock,it can be inferred that the copper mineralization and the granite stock formation occurred at the same time. Cu- Mo- Au-( Ag) mineralization is widely developed in the Late Yanshanian porphyry granite stock in Dayaoshan uplift,which indicates that the Late Cretaceous granitic magmatism in Dayaoshan area may be associated with Mesozoic large scale mineralization in South China.
