As an important part of the theory Chinese characteristic socialism, the formed social justice thought of the Chinese Communist Party cannot do without reference to the existing theories of rational.Marx and Engels,social justice view,Chinese intraditional culture and the excellent fruit of justice in Western culture, constitute the three major theoretical sources of the theory.Although the theory sources of the Chinese Communist Party, social justice thought presents pluralism, but the classical writers, social justice view occupies the foundational status.
