从白木香树中分离了2株色二孢(Lasiodiplodia theobromae)菌株B1和B2;人工接种试验证实它们能促进沉香的形成。本研究结果表明:色二孢菌株B1和B2菌丝生长的最适温度均为30℃;B1的最适培养基是PDA,B2的最适培养基是CA;B1、B2菌丝生长的最适p H值分别是7和8,最适碳源均为可溶性淀粉,最适氮源均为硝酸钠。
Two strains( B1 and B2) of Lasiodiplodia theobromae were isolated from Aquilaria sinensis. The artificial infection experiment proved that these two strains could promote the formation of agarwood. The results of this study on the biological characteristics of L. theobromae indicated that: the optimum temperature for the mycelial growth of both B1 and B2 was 30 ℃; the optimum culture medium for B1 and B2 was PDA and CA,respectively; the optimum p H-value for the mycelial growth of B1 and B2 was 7 and 8,separately; for both B1 and B2,the best carbon source was soluble starch,and the best nitrogen source was sodium nitrate.
