目的为了获得促进白木香(Aquilaria sinensis)高效形成沉香的真菌,本实验对白木香中的真菌进行分离、筛选及鉴定。方法采用PDA培养基分离并纯化菌株,真菌菌液接种到白木香树进行功能验证,通过形态学特征结合ITS序列分析进行真菌鉴定。结果分离到1株真菌ASAF05,其菌液输到白木香6个月后能促进沉香的形成。ASAF05鉴定为条纹拟盘多毛孢(Pestalotiopsis virgatula).属于拟盘多-~gg&(Pestalotiopsis),黑盘孢科(Melanconiaceae),黑盘孢目(Melanconiales),腔胞纲(Coelomycetes),半知菌亚门(Deuteromycotina)。结论首次报道条纹拟盘多-gg@(P.virgatula)能促进白木香结香。
OBJECTIVE To isolate, screen and identify the fungi from Aquilaria sinensis (A. sinensis) tree to obtain the fungi which can promote the agarwood formation. METHODS The fungi were isolated by PDA medium,and then inoculate to A. sinensis to verify whether the fungi could promote agarwood formation. The fungi were identified based on morphological characteristics and DNA sequences analysis. RESULTS ASAF05 strain could promote agarwood formation and was identified as P. virgatula, belonging to Pestalotiopsis, Melanconiaceae, Melanconiales, Coelomycetes, and Deuteromycotina. CONCLUSION It is the first reported that P. virgatula can promote agarwood formation in A. sinensis.
