采用传统氧化物工艺,制备了不同Li2O-B2O3-ZnO(LBZ)玻璃掺量的钇铁氧体(YIG)样品,随即在不同温度下进行烧结。通过XRD、SEM等实验对烧结后的样品进行物相组成、显微结构分析,并测定了样品的磁性能。结果表明在1100℃样品生成了YIG铁氧体单相,且晶粒生长较好,颗粒大小约2μm,观察到少量气孔;掺杂玻璃后样品的饱和磁化强度4πMs降低,铁磁共振线宽△H增大,此时烧结体晶粒较细,自旋波线宽△Hk较大;当LBZ玻璃含量为2wt%时,△Hk=0.93kA/m,可作为大功率石榴石型铁氧体材料使用。
The yttrium ferrite doped with different content of Li2O-B2O3-ZnO(YIG)(LBZ) glass was prepared by common ceramics method.The phase composition and microstructure of the samples were analyzed by XRD,SEM,respectively,and the magnetic properties were measured.The results show that,at 1100 ℃,the sample generates YIG ferrite single phase,and the crystalline grain grows well,and the sample with small amounts of pores have the grain size of 2滋m.After doping with LBZ glass,the saturation magnetization 4仔Ms decreases while the ferromagnetic resonance line width 驻H increases.However,the samples have bigger spin wave line width 驻Hk and smaller grain size,with 2wt% LBZ glass adding,the spin wave line width驻Hkis 0.93 kA/m,the sample can be used as a high-power garnet ferrite material.
