采用传统氧化物工艺,分别制备不同 BaO-B2 O3-SiO2(BBS)玻璃掺量的钇铁氧体(YIG)样品,随即在不同温度下进行烧结。通过 XRD、SEM 等实验对烧结后的样品进行物相组成、显微结构分析,并测定了样品的磁性能。结果表明,在1100℃样品生成了YIG铁氧体单相,晶粒尺寸分布均匀,约1.5μm,同时观察到少量气孔;掺杂BBS 玻璃后样品的饱和磁化强度4πMs 降低,铁磁共振线宽ΔH 增大,此时烧结体晶粒较细,自旋波线宽ΔH k 较大;当 BBS 玻璃含量为2%(质量分数)时,ΔHk=1.01 kA/m,可作为大功率石榴石型铁氧体材料使用。
The yttrium ferrite (YIG)doped with different contents of BaO-B2 O3-SiO2 (BBS)glass has been pre-pared by the common ceramics method.The influence of the sintering temperature on the compositions and mi-crostructure has been studied by XRD,SEM respectively,and the magnetic properties have been measured.As the results show,at the temperature of 1 100 ℃,the samples generate YIG ferrite single phase.The crystalline grain grows well with the average grain size about 1 .5μm,and a small number of pores are observed.After do-ping BBS glass,the saturation magnetization 4πMs decreases while the ferromagnetic resonance line widthΔH increases,and the samples have bigger spin wave line widthΔH k with smaller grain size.The samples adding 2wt% BBS glass can be used as high-power garnet ferrite material,for the spin wave line width ΔHk was 1.01 kA/m.
