Around the major goal of ensuring the effective food supply,for one thing,the fundamental guarantee is the domestic production;the other thing is to improve the capacity of regulating and controlling and coordinating the international and domestic resources and the ability to link up domestic and international markets.Based on the study of food import policies of Japan and South Korea,adhering to four basic principles and strengthening the food cooperation with foreign countries,we should strengthen the international market monitoring,deeply involve in the multilateral negotiations and accelerate the development of domestic grain merchants in order to play the effect of imports.
