本文利用三大谷物数据,从生产要素关系变动角度,实证分析农村劳动力流动背景下我国粮食生产投入及要素关系变动,进而考察新形势下粮食生产技术变动特征。研究结果表明,随着农村劳动力流动规模扩大,劳动对粮食生产影响日益凸显,耕地、劳动、机械、化肥的产出弹性均大于零,其中劳动对粮食生产的作用程度最大;从要素间替代弹性变动来看,机械、化肥与劳动的替代弹性均较小,而耕地与劳动的替代弹性较大,粮食生产面积增加在一定程度上弥补了劳动下降的不利影响;从三大地区层面来看,东、中、西三大地区的劳动弹性均高于其他要素产出弹性,三大地区的耕地、机械、化肥与劳动的替代弹性差异明显。
This paper analyzes the change of China's agricultural technology. The results show that China's agricultural production factors structure has undergone significant changes. The elasticity of labor, land, machinery and fertilizer is greater than zero, in which The role of labor is the greatest extent. The difference of the substitution elasticity between the land, labor, machinery and fertilizer is significant, in which the substitution elasticity of land and labor is the more large, while the substitution elasticity of machinery, fertilizer and labor is small.
