由于国有企业性质的特殊性,在其发挥经济功能作用的同时,也要担负社会责任,即具有社会功能的属性。本文通过对国有企业通常运用的绩效管理方法进行比较,从社会责任的角度系统研究国有企业综合绩效评价方法,提出了国有企业绩效评价理论模型。
Since the special characteristics of state-owned enterprise,it not only play the role of economic functions,but also take social responsibilities.The authors study the evaluation methods of the state-owned enterprises based on the comparative studies among the performance management methods from the perspective of corporate social responsibility(CSR).
