公司创业与战略管理的耦合研究已成为创业与战略研究领域关注的焦点之一。公司创业注重机会开发过程,试图通过寻找和利用机会创新创造,这种微观活动必然会与战略管理发生关联。然而到目前为止,国内外学术界对机会与战略的交叉融合研究却显得十分匮乏。针对这一现状,首次尝试利用战略管理中不同学派的核心思想去解释公司创业中的机会开发过程,并提出认知、资源与机会的关系模型,学习在其中起到支撑作用;在此理论基础上,引出“战略意图”这一核心概念,从而完美融合了机会与战略,最终成功凝练出机会开发与战略管理的耦合模型。
Coupling study of corporate entrepreneurship and strategic management has become one of the focuses of concern in the field of entrepreneurship and strategic studies. Corporate entrepreneurship is focusing on the pro- cess of opportunity exploration, trying to find and use opportunities to innovate and create; this micro activity is bound to the strategic management of the association. So far, however, the opportunities and strategic cross- fu- sion appears to be very scarce in domestic and foreign academic. In this paper, we will first attempt to use the different schools of thought in strategic management to explain the opportunity exploration and propose the rela- tional model of cognitive, resources and opportunities in which learning plays a supporting role. Based on this the- ory, we also lead to the core concept of 'strategic intent' which combines the opportunity to work with strategy and at last proposed the coupling model of opportunity exploration and strategic management.
