提出了一种基于扩展事件-条件-动作(ECA)规则的临床路径工作流建模方法,构建了骨肉瘤临床路径工作流模型.该建模方法在临床路径工作流的建立阶段力求将动态特性进行描述和定义,临床路径执行阶段针对出现的变异情况可以对已定义的模型进行自适应调整,提高了建模的柔性和适应性.最后,利用开发的可视化建模工具对一个骨肉瘤术后评估和治疗案例进行了分析验证.
A workflow process modeling method based on extended(event-condition-action, ECA)rule was proposed. The workflow model of osteosarcoma clinical pathway was constructed. The dynamic characteristics were defined as many as possible at the design stage by this modeling method, and the variation of clinical pathway in run-time can be adjusted adaptively. Therefore, the flexibility and adaptation of modeling are enhanced greatly. Finally, a case study on postoperative evaluation and therapy of osteosarcoma was validated by the visual modeling tool.
