利用液相双质谱结合2,4-二硝基苯肼衍生的方法,对广东鼎湖山大气中羰基化合物的含量进行了调查研究.结果表明,32种羰基化合物几乎全部检出,其中,丙酮含量最高,其次是甲醛和乙醛;从日变化情况看,森林中羰基化合物的含量受气温和光合有效辐射的影响较大;另外,除了丙酮,其它大部分羰基化合物之间均显著相关(r=0.61~0.98,p〈0.01).
In this study,air samples were collected from Dinghu Mountain,Guangdong Province and analyzed for carbonyl compounds.The concentrations of 32 carbonyl compounds were determined by liquid chromatography-tandem mass spectrometry(LC-MS/MS)after derivatization with 2,4-dinitrophenylhydrazine.Most of the 32 investigated carbonyl compounds were detected in the air samples,with acetone present at the highest concentration,followed by formaldehyde and acetaldehyde.In the daytime,concentration levels of carbonyls were affected by air temperature and photosynthetically active radiation(PAR).Except for acetone,statistically significant correlations were found among 19 carbonyl compounds(r=0.61-0.99,p〈 0.01).
