以杨营煤矿3103工作面顺槽复杂围岩巷道支护为背景,运用自然平衡拱理论,计算出杨营煤矿复杂围岩条件下锚杆合理的支护参数:顶锚杆长度为2.4 m,间距为0.9 m;帮锚杆长度为2.2 m,间距为0.8 m;排距均为1m。将理论计算出的锚杆参数结合有限差分数值模拟软件FLAC3D,分别对普通锚杆、高强预应力锚杆及高强预应力让压锚杆进行了对比模拟研究。理论及实践均表明:高强预应力让压锚杆能够对围岩形成主动支护,减小松动圈破坏范围,可防止锚杆因承受过度载荷过早进入屈服阶段而失效,同时能够减小巷道支护密度,提高掘进速度,对复杂围岩巷道形成了很好的支护效果。
Taking the roadway support under complex surrounding rock at No. 3103 working face in Yangying Mine for example,the natural equilibrium arch theory is used to calculate the reasonable support parameters of anchor under complex surrounding rocks:the length of top bolt 2. 4 m,the space of top bolt 0. 9 m;the length of side bolt 2. 2 m,the space of side bolt 0. 8 m,and the distance of two rows 1 m. Combining the bolt parameters with the numerical simulation software FLAC3D ,simu-lations on the ordinary bolt,high strength pre-stressed bolt,high strength pre-stressed yielding bolt was carried out. The theory and practice demonstrated that the high strength pre-stressed yielding bolt can effectively support the roadway,reduce the dam-age range of surrounding rock loose circle,and prevent anchor from excessive load and too early into the state of failure. At the same time,it can reduce the support density of roadway and increase the digging speed. Hence,the high strength pre-stressed yielding bolt owns a good support performance for the roadway with complex surrounding rock.
