The MUBM（Modified Unweighted Batch Means） Control Chart is proposed in this manuscript based on UBM（Unweighted Batch Means） Chart and Modified Shewhart Chart.It is modelfree and efficient especially for highly autocorrelated processes.Simulation studies show that the MUBM Chart is more sensitive to process drift than the popular Shewhart Chart for residuals even when the true process model is known.Real illustrations from tobacco production process are provided to specify the steps of designing the MUBM Chart.
