对单缸195型柴油机的实测缸盖振动信号进行分析,认为缸盖振动中包括柴油机约束支架振动的成分,采用滤波方法从缸盖振动速度信号中去除了柴油机约束支架振动的影响,对滤波后的缸盖振动速度进行积分得到缸盖振动位移信号。对比了不同工况下该信号与缸内压力信号在峰值点和燃烧起始时刻点的相对变化量。结果表明:各工况下的相对变化量具有较好的对应关系,积分后的缸盖振动位移信号包含了丰富的燃烧相关信息。
In analyzing the cylinder head vibration signals measured from a single cylinder Model 195 Diesel Engine, it was found that they comprised engine constraint bracket vibration component. Digital fulter method was used to eliminate the influence of engine constraint bracket vibration on cylinder head vibration velocity signals. The head vibration displacement signals were obtained by integrating the filtered head vibra- tion velocity signals. Compared the relative variation of the head vibration displacement and engine cylinder pressure at the peak value and combustion starting timing in different conditions, results show that relative variations between the head vibration displacement and the cylinder pressure in variant engine conditions are closely relative and the integrated head vibration displacement signals contains abundant information about engine combustion process.
