以地被菊品种‘紫重楼’为试材,对‘紫重楼’花发育过程中CmUFGT基因相对表达量、可溶性糖含量及花色苷含量的变化规律进行了初步的探究讨论。结果表明:‘紫重楼’叶片中可溶性糖含量随着花朵发育呈先升后降趋势;‘紫重楼’花发育过程中舌状花可溶性糖含量、花色苷含量和CmUFGT相对表达量均呈先升后降趋势,但可溶性糖含量峰值滞后;花发育过程中子房中花色苷含量总体比较平稳,后期略有下降,可溶性糖含量和CmUFGT相对表达量呈上升趋势;同一头状花序不同轮舌状花花色苷含量从外到内呈上升趋势,CmUFGT相对表达量呈先升后降趋势,可溶性糖含量呈下降趋势。
We investigated the changes in the expression of CmUFGT, soluble sugar and anthocyanin contents in tissues of ground-cover chrysanthemum, taking cultivar 'Zichonglou' as experimental material. The results showed that the content of soluble sugar in leaves was firstly increased and then decreased during the process of flower growth and development. The soluble sugar, anthocyanin contents and relative expression of CmUFGT were firstly increased and then decreased, but the peak for soluble sugar content was lagged. During the flower sentence, the contents of anthoc~,anins were relatively stable and slightly decreased at'the later stage in ovary during different developmental stages, but the soluble sugar content and the relative expression of CmUFGT in- dicated a rising trend. Among different wheel ligulate in flowers anthocyanin content sUggested a uptrend from outside to inside, the expression of CmUFGT within the range was increased and then decreased, but the content of soluble sugar was dropped.
