This article mainly describes the basic properties,feature of polymer modified bitumen waterproofing membrane and its application condition in the actual waterproofing works. By sorting out China＇s domestic polymer modified bitumen membrane patented technology after reform and opening,we give a detailed comparison and description of its patented technology improve- ments on the selection of raw nmterials,structures selection and construction methods,and we focus on the technical characteristics of the patent, besides we make a summary and forecast the development trend of the patented technology.
