维生素D作为一类脂溶性必需维生素参与体内多种生物学过程,具有预防和治疗佝偻病、老年性骨折等功能。维生素D不仅影响钙、磷的吸收和贮存,近年来研究发现体内维生素D状态与多种肿瘤的发生发展显著相关,维生素D水平与肿瘤关系成为肿瘤研究领域热点。就维生素D和多种肿瘤如乳腺癌、结直肠癌之间的相关性研究现状和进展进行综述,并针对维生素D在肿瘤发生发展中的分子机制及其临床应用进行探讨和展望。
Vitamin D is a fat-soluble essential vitamin that participates in a variety of biological processes, especially in preventing and treating of rickets and senile fracture. Besides of its effect on the absorption and storage of calcium and phosphorus, experimental data suggest a protective effect of vitamin D on cancer. The relationship between vitamin D and cancer has become a hot topic in cancer research. Here, we briefly review the relationship between vitamin D and a variety of cancers, such as breast cancer and colorectal cancer, and have a discussion on the molecular mechanisms and clinical applications of vitamin D in cancer.
