研究目的:呈现2013年国内外土地市场的研究进展,展望2014年的研究热点。研究方法:文献法。研究结果:2013年,国内外学者重点研究了土地市场的有效运行、土地市场的影响因素、地价波动、土地供应、土地市场与宏观经济关系、农地市场建设6个方面。研究结论:城乡一体化建设用地市场构建、农村土地流转市场的建立和完善、土地供应长效机制及其在宏观调控中的作用、政策因素对土地市场价格影响的定量研究,以及土地资源配置中市场“决定性”作用的制度保障等,将是2014年及未来土地市场领域的重点研究方向。
The purpose of this paper is to summarize the research progress on land market in 2013 and provide prospects in 2014. Method of documentation was employed. The results indicate that six main aspects were the main focuses in 2013, such as the operation of land market, impact factors of land market, volatility of land price, land supply, relationship between land markets and macroeconomie, and agricultural land market development. The paper concludes that the integration of urban and rural construction land market, the long effectiveness of land supply and its role in macro- control, the quantitative research on the effectiveness of price control policies on land market, the establishment of rural land markets and the institutional guarantee for the land market will be the main research focuses in 2014.
