平面折展柔顺机构(Lamina emergent mechanisms,LEMs)是一种新型柔顺机构,其优势是机构由二维薄板平面加工生成而能实现三维运动,而平面折展机构柔性铰链是实现其运动的关键部分。提出一种新型平面折展机构柔性铰链,对该柔性铰链进行分析,分别用等效法和微分法推导出该铰链的两个等效刚度计算公式,并对公式的适用范围进行研究。通过设计实例的分析计算,导出两个等效刚度计算公式的适用范围,并用一组实例的理论分析和有限元分析结果的对比对其进行了验证。
Lamina emergent mechanisms (LEMs) are a new typical compliant mechanism, and the most advantage is that LEMs are fabricated from planar materials with the motion that emerges out of the fabrication plane. And the flexure hinge of LEMs is the key part to realize the motion. A new flexure hinge is proposed and analyzed. By using method of equivalent and differential, the deduction process of two formulas for calculating the equivalent stiffness is presented. The applicable range of the formulas is studied. Through the analysis and calculation of design examples, the applicable range is derived. Then, the applicable range is verified by comparing a group of examples of the theoretical analysis and finite element analysis results.
