以土壤做培养基支撑物对矮紫薇试管苗微茎进行生根培养,40d后其生根率达到97.9%,显著高于琼脂支撑培养基中微茎的生根率,前者的根长、根数及茎长也显著高于后者。将土壤支撑培养的矮紫薇试管苗经开瓶练苗2周后,带坨移入营养钵中,在移栽后不喷雾、不覆膜,空气相对湿度低至50%~60%的条件下,成活率达到95.0%,显著高于常规移栽对照的成活率(10.0%)。对矮紫薇试管苗叶片气孔的开闭状况进行了观察,结果显示:在开瓶练苗14d后,土壤支撑培养的矮紫薇试管苗在黑暗中叶片气孔的关闭率由41.2%增加到80.0%。
The micro shuts of the Lagerstroemia indica 'Petite pinkle' were cultured in vitro in soil supporting medium for rooting and 40 days later the rooting rate was 97. 9%, which was obviously higher than that of the micro shuts cultured in agar supporting medium, and the root length, the root number and the stem length of the former were obviously higher than that of the latter. After acclimatized in opened bottles for two weeks the plantlets in soil supporting medium were transplanted with lump into pots and under the conditions of no-spraying, no-covering and low air humidity of 50%-60% the survival rate of the plantlets was 95.0%, being obvious higher than the survival rate(10. 0%)of the plantlets transplanted with normal method. The stoma closing situation of the Lagerstroemia inclica 'Petite pinkle' plantlets in vitro were observed, and the results showed that under dark condition the stoma closing rate of the Lagerstroemia indica 'Petite pinkle' plantlet in soil supporting medium was increased from 41.2% to 80. 0% when acclimatized in opened bottle for 14 days.
