英文摘要：

Objective：To develop an HPLC method for determination of aloe-emodin, rhein, emodin, chrysophanol and physcion in Lian- huaqingwen Capsule. Methods ： Use acetonitrile 0.1% phosphoric acid solution as mobile phase. The flow rate was 1.0 mL·min^-1. The analytes were detected by UV detection at 254 nm, and the eolumn temperature was 30℃. Results ：The average recovery of five compo- nents was 99.7%, 100.0% ,99.8% ,99.6%, 100.3% ,respectively. And the RSD was 1.15% （ n = 5 ）, 1.01% （ n = 5 ）, 1.37% （ n = 5 ） ,0.93% （ n = 5 ）, 1.09% （ n = 5 ）, respectively. Conclusion ： The method was convenient, accurate, and can be used for quantitative determination of the preparation.
