The rural land property rights of the collective land ownership system phase of Taihe county mainly experienced three changes of senior agricultural production cooperatives, the people＇s commune, the, household contract responsibility system, therein to not only had the successful experience, but also had lessons from failure, which had a profound influence on Taihe county rural society and even the whole area national economy. The paper makes a brief combing on Taihe county＇s rural land property rights system changes and its performance since 1956 under the stage of collective land ownership system, pointing out that the most fundamental choice of the rural land property rights system should be the choice of incentive system, by strengthening the farmers＂ land property rights and ＂desalting＂ farmers＂ collective ownership of rural land, thereby enabling rural land tends to become the real property of the individual farmers within the framework of the rural collective land ownership.
