针对凤凰山煤矿通风距离长、有效风量率低等问题,顾及多风机联合运转及其复杂网络的特点,对凤凰山煤矿通风系统存在的问题进行了解析,并提出了将北回风斜井改造为进风斜井,仅由南回风斜井单风井回风的系统改造方案。该通风系统优化改造后,井下风量充足,负压约2 550 Pa,较改造前上升3%。改造后的通风系统在确保该矿安全生产的同时可节约各项成本500余万元,经济效益显著,可供类似矿山参考。
In view of the defects of the long ventilation distance and low rate of effective air volume of Fenghuangshan coal mine,based on the characteristics of joint operation of multi-fan and its complex network,the problems of the ventilation system of Fenghuagnshan coal mine are analyzed in detail,the op-timization and transformation scheme of the ventilation system of Fenghuagnshan coal mine is proposed,it concludes that the north return air inclined shaft is transformed to the inlet air inclined shaft,return air of the ventilation system is conducted by the single air shaft.After the optimization and transformation of the ventilation system of Fenghuangshan coal mine,the underground air volume is sufficient,the fan negative pressure is about 2 550 Pa,which is increased 3% compared with the original ventilation system.The safety production of Fenghuagnshan coal mine can be ensured by the optimization and transformation of the ventilation system,besides that,the products costs of Fenghuagnshan coal mine can be saved more than 5 million yuan,therefore,the economic benefits is remarkable,it can provide some reference for the similar coal mines.
