收集我国主要矿区城市呼吸系统发病率数据,应用多元统计分析得到呼吸系统发病率与3因素的函数关系,并利用果蝇优化算法对以上函数关系进行优化,建立呼吸系统发病率预计模型(HP-B模型),将HP-B模型的预计结果与矿区城市的实际监测数据进行对比,发现HP-B模型精度较高。
Based on the collection of respiratory system disease incidence data in major mining areal cities in China, the incidence function has been obtained relating to three factors by applying multivariate statistical analysis. Drosophila optimisation algorithm was used to optimise the above function so as to establish an incidence prediction model (HP-B model). It was found that predictions by the HP-B model were fairly precise comparing with the observed data at mining areal cities.
