掌握离子型稀土矿体的孔隙结构特征对于分析浸矿效率和开采周期具有重要意义。假设离子型稀土矿土壤孔径服从对数正太分布,运用毛细管模型建立溶液在土壤中穿透曲线的计算公式,提出土壤有效孔径及其分布参数的测试方法,试验测试了赣南某离子型稀土矿体的原矿重塑样和筛分样重塑样的有效孔径。测试结果表明,当矿样孔隙度为44.4%时,相对于粒径范围0.075-0.09mm的筛分样重塑样,原矿重塑样的平均有效孔径和有效孔隙度大,分别为1.14倍和1.90倍,但两者的孔径分布参数基本相同。
It is of great significance for analyzing ore leaching efficiency and mining cycle to master pore structure characteristics of ionic type rare-earth ore body.Assuming that the soil pore size distribution of ion-absorbed rare earth deposits are to logarithmic fall,using capillary model to establish calculation formula about the breakthrough curve of solution in the soil,proposed the testing method of soil effective pore size and its distribution parameters,the effective apertures of crude ore sample and screening sample about one of ionic type rare-earth ore from southern Jiangxi Province are tested by experiment.Test results show that:when the ore sample porosity is 44.4%,relative to the remolded screening sample that particle size range from 0.075 mm to 0.09 mm,the average effective aperture and effective porosity of the remolded crude ore sample are 1.14 times and 1.90 times respectively,but the pore size distribution parameters of them are basically the same.
