结合江西省赣州市龙南县某一离子型稀土矿工程实际,研究在常水头渗流过程中浸矿液渗流规律和颗粒运移对矿体结构的影响规律,定量分析两种不同浸矿方式对矿体结构的影响。结果表明:第一种浸矿方式在32d注清水浸矿阶段,矿体颗粒级配发生明显变化,说明矿体结构和渗透性的改变主要由于颗粒运移引起,改注19d3%的硫酸铵溶液阶段,矿体颗粒级配变化不明显;第二种浸矿方式直接用3%的硫酸铵溶液浸矿35d,颗粒运移和离子交换反应同时发生,大大缩短了浸矿时间,但所需硫酸铵用量大。因此,对不同矿体及不同的生产要求应根据工程实际采用不同的浸矿方式。
According to the actual conditions of an ionic rare earth ore in Longnan of Jiangxi province,the influence law of seepage rule of leaching liquid and particle migration on the ionic rare earth ore body structure were studied under constant head seepage.The influence of two different leaching mining ways on ore body structure was analyzed quantificationally.The results indicated that for the first leaching way,the grain size distribution of ore body changed significantly with boiled tap water as leaching liquid in 32 days,which proved the changes of body structure and seepage were mainly caused by particle migration;while the grain size distribution had little change after injecting the ammonium sulfate solution at a mass concentration of 3%in 19 days.For the second leaching way,ammonium sulfate solution at a mass concentration of 3% was used as leaching liquid,which only took 35 days.The leaching time was greatly decreased due to the process of ion exchange reaction was simultaneous with the particle migration.But large quantity of ammonium sulfate was required.Therefore,the leaching way should be selected according to the ore body property and production requirement in practical engineering.
