我国高职院校兼职教师在引入和培养过程中,存在缺乏长远规划、引入程序不规范、忽视培养等问题。制定建设规划、规范引入程序、加强校企联系、建立岗前培训机制和专业发展机制等,是建立科学有效的兼职教师引入和培养机制的有效途径。
In absorbing and cultivating the part-time teachers in higher vocational colleges in China,there existed problems such as the lack of a long-term plan,the nonstandard absorbing procedure,and the neglect of cultivation etc.Working out a construction plan,standardizing the absorbing procedure,strengthening the cooperation between the school and the enterprise,building the mechanism of pre-job training and specialty development,are effective methods to set up scientific and effective absorbing and cultivation mechanism of part-time teachers.
