作为复杂适应系统的组织被认为是快速、不确定变化环境下的理想组织形式,但不是所有组织都可以看作为复杂适应系统。如同任何其他科学的概念一样,复杂适应系统有其特定内涵、适用范围和条件。本文通过将自然科学有关复杂适应系统的概念、特点类比地应用于有人参与的企业组织,指出作为复杂适应系统的企业组织应具有的主要特征,给出其在现实经济生活中的具体体现以及与传统组织的重要差异。
Organization as a complex adaptive system (CAS) is considered as best work form under rapid and unpredictable changing environment. But not all organizations can be thought of as CAS. Such as other scientific concepts, CAS has its meaning, available fields and conditions. This paper applies metaphorically CAS theory resulted from natural system research to human system such as firms, points out main characteristics of CAS organization and its representation in actual economic life, argues main differences between complex adaptive organizations and traditional ones.
