对堇青石负载涂层式V2O5-WO3-TiO_2催化剂的4种制备方法,即一步不添加黏结剂浆液浸渍法、添加黏结剂浆液浸渍法、分步溶胶凝胶法、分步浆液浸渍法进行了比较。利用氮气物理吸附-脱附法、扫描电镜、X射线衍射、X射线光电子能谱等手段对催化剂的物化特性进行了表征。综合考虑制备的简易性、脱硝活性和机械稳定性,认为一步添加黏结剂浆液浸渍法最适合涂层式柴油机尾气脱硝催化剂的规模化生产。
In order to develop an optimal method for preparing cordierite-supported V205-WO3-TiO2 wash- coated catalyst,four types of methods were compared:the one-step slurry dip coating without a binder, one-step slurry dip coating with a binder, two-step sol-gel method, and two-step slurry dip coating method. The physico- chemical properties of the prepared catalysts were characterized by N2 adsorption-desorption, scanning electron microscopy, X-ray diffraction analysis, and X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy techniques. Considering the simplici- ty in preparation, the SCR activity,and mechanical stability, the one-step slurry dip coating method is considered optimal for the large-scale production of the wash-coated V-W-Ti SCR catalyst.
