针对束管测温系统存在的不足,利用光纤传感技术的优势,将光纤分布式测温系统应用于煤矿采空区,以便及时监测采空区内温度变化,准确预报采空区自然发火前期表象,将自然发火抑制在早期阶段。通过理论分析、试验测试和现场工程实践,表明光纤测温系统可以对高温点进行连续监测和定位,使定位精度误差控制在士1 m。同时,对监测数据进行分析,划分采空区“三带”范围,符合矿井实际情况,为煤矿井下安全生产提供依据,对认识煤矿灾害形成机理和重大灾害的预测预报技术的发展有很大的促进作用。
Aiming at the weaknesses of strap tube temperature measurement system,taking the advantage of optical fiber sensing technology,applying optical fiber distributed temperature measurement system into coal mine goaf in order to monitor the temperature change in gob without delay and accurately forecast the starting characteristics of spontaneous fire in gob to avoid the spontaneous fire at the very beginning.Theoretical analysis,experimental testing and field project practice indicated that optical fiber temperature measurement system could constantly monitor and locate high temperature spots and keep localization accuracy error within 1 meter.Based on the actual condition of the mine,this paper analyzed monitoring data and determined the scope of "Three Zone" to provide guidance of underground coal mine production and enhance the understanding of coal mine disaster formation mechanism and the development of prediction techniques for significant disasters.
