压桩机吊机回转系统在换向和制动过程中普遍存在着严重的液压冲击现象,原因是油路突然关闭或换向时管道内液体的流动惯量和负载的运动惯量。针对上述现象,提出在马达两端并联溢流阀和电液比例方向节流阀的新方案来抑制回转系统液压冲击,建立了基本流量方程和传递函数模型。结合某型吊机回转系统参数,在AMESim平台上建立了系统的仿真模型,仿真结果表明:采用了新型液压冲击抑制方案的回转系统,使泵出口及回转马达两腔的液压冲击得到了明显的抑制。最后通过试验验证了液压冲击抑制系统及仿真模型的有效性和正确性。
A new restraing hydraulic impacting method with parallel connection relief valve and electro- hydraulic proportional throttle valve on both ends of the motor is put forward for pile driver crane slewing system,and its basic flow equation and the transfer function model are established. Combined with crane slewing system parameters,simulation system is built by the AMESim platform. The simulation results show that the new hydraulic impact inhibition system can make the hydraulic impact of its pump and rotary motor get obvious inhibition. Finally the validity and correctness of the simulation model about the hydraulic impact suppression system are verified by experiment.
