针对液体静压导轨在承受偏载荷时特性发生变化的现象,研究了偏载荷作用下油腔形状、导轨节流器结构参数对液体静压导轨性能的影响。论文运用有限元法划分网格,采用Newton—Raphson迭代算法通过求解导轨倾斜状态时的雷诺方程得到油腔压力分布。根据压力分布计算出了不同倾斜角度、不同油腔形状、节流器不同结构参数下静压导轨性能。结果表明倾斜角度、油腔形状、节流器参数对静压导轨的承载能力、刚度与阻尼性能有一定影响,可为静压导轨结构类型选择和设计提供一定的理论参考。
Aimed at the phenomenon that the performence of hydrostatic guide is changed on the partial load. The paper researched the effects of structure parameters of restrictor and the different oil cavity shapes on the performance of hydrostatic guide with partial load. Finite element method was used to divide grid. The non-dimensional Reynolds equation was calculated using Newton-Raphson iterative algorithm to obtain the oil cavity pressure distribution. The performance of hydrostatic guideway was effected by the tilt angle, the structure parameters of restrictor and the oil cavity shape were obtained. The results indicate that under the partial load, the oil cavity shapes and structure param- eters of the restrictor have significantly effects on the performance of hydrostatic guideway. The paper provides a theo- retical reference to the design of hydrostatic guideway.
