河湖水系连通演变过程及驱动因子分析

河湖水系连通是古今中外行之有效的治水举措,也是适应我国新时期水利发展需要的治水新方略。河湖水系连通是以水循环物理过程为基础,伴随化学、生物和人文过程的复杂过程,有其自身的演变规律。本文从生产方式的变革和人水相互关系出发,探讨了河湖水系连通的历史演变过程,划分出四个发展阶段,分析了不同发展阶段的河湖水系连通演变特征,辨识出在自然营力和人类活动影响下河湖水系连通的关键驱动因子,分析了不同驱动因子对河湖水系连通演变的作用机制。

英文摘要:

A river system network is the main carder of water resources and is closely related to the development of human society. An interconnecting river system network (IRSN) is achieved through engineering measures, utilizing dredge, connection, drainage and storage, and clarifies the relationships between river systems. Altering and adjusting spatial distribution patterns of water resources to match them to land resources can improve our aquatic environment and advance river service functions, laying the foundation for systematically allocating water resources, guaranteeing water supply and withstanding droughts and floods. As an important way to exploit river functions and allocate water resources, the IRSN has long been an effective water-control approach at all times and in all countries; it is also a newly established national strategy necessary for China' s development. IRSN is a sophisticated process, dominated by physical processes, accompanied by chemical, biological and social processes. It is regulated by certain rules of evolvement. Here, we investigate the historical evolution of IRSN from the perspective of changing methods of production and relationships between water systems and people. Four stages throughout its evolvement were distinguished and analyzed. The key driving factors of evolving IRSN intrigued by natural power and human activities are indicated, and their influence explored. By examining the evolution of IRSN, we found that IRSN is able to adjust the water resource distribution and improve river health. However, irrational IRSN deteriorates river health, aggravates water crises and causes a series of eco-environmental problems. IRSN should be implemented following its rules, intervening in a rational way while assuring the health of rivers and to construct an IRSN pattern that fits the current situation and advances harmonious development of society and the environment.
