为确保隧道的安全,全时段在线了解黄土隧道的变形情况,避免重大事故发生,结合黄延高速公路扩能工程小园子隧道和万花隧道施工期间精确的监控量测,通过传感器对原始信号的采集及转换,对其初衬应变、锚杆轴力和孔隙水压力进行监测,并用获得的数据绘制时态曲线进而对监测结果进行分析,预测可能出现的情况并对异常数据进行分析预警,以便及时调整施工方案或采取加固补强措施。该系统有效地保证了隧道施工安全及周边建(构)筑物的安全,对黄土隧道工程具有一定的借鉴指导意义,为监测行业提供了一种有效的思路和方法。
In order to ensure the safety of the tunnel,master the deformation of the tunnel with time,and avoid major accidents,this paper discussed the accurate monitoring during tunnel construction in loess tunnels,where the sensors were installed in the Huang-yan tunnel and Wan-hua tunnel under concoction to collect the origi-nal signal data and then convert to response data of the initial strain,axial force and pore water pressure.With the data obtained from the automatic monitoring,the curves were studied to forecast the possible situations and a-lert in advance the abnormal data,in order to adjust the construction plan or take proper countermeasures timely. This system guards the safety of tunnel construction and surrounding buildings effectively,thus providing significant guidelines and references for similar projects,as well as effective ideas and methods for the monitoring industry.
