冷链物流安全监测记录系统是保障食品和药品安全的重要技术手段,但目前的大多数监测系统不能将冷链物流的安全信息附着在物品上面,冷链安全信息对消费者和终端客户并不透明。利用RFID标签大内存容量、能超高频远距离读取写入的特点,设计了一种面向终端客户的冷链安全监测记录系统。首先设计了系统的整体结构,并对监测记录端、商品标签、消费者终端三大组成部分进行了详细设计;然后分析了系统的运作流程;最后从误码率、写入距离、标签内存、成本方面分析系统的可行性。系统对于提高冷链物流信息透明度,提高消费者对食品和药品质量的信心具有重要作用。
Cold chain logistics safety monitoring and recording system is an important technical means to assure food and drug safety,but most of the current monitoring system cannot attach cold chain logistics safety information to the goods,it lacks transparency to consumers and end users.Utilizing the features of RFID tag that has large memory capacity and can UHF remote read-write,this article designs an end-user-oriented cold chain safety monitoring and recording system.First it set up the overall structure of the system,designed in details the three major components——monitoring and recording terminal,product tag and consumer end;then analyzed the operational flow of the system;finally analyzed the feasibility of the system from the aspects of bit-error rates,write distance,tag memory and cost.The system has an important role to improve the clarity of cold chain logistics information and increase consumer confidence in the food and drug quality.
