目的:探讨数字化设计及3D打印技术在髋臼骨折内固定术中应用的可行性、准确性、优越性。方法:选取需行内固定手术治疗的髋臼骨折病例30例,应用数字化设计及3D打印技术指导手术,术前骨折数字化三维重建、虚拟复位,设计接骨板、螺钉放置的理想位置,3D打印放置部位骨块进行接骨板形状塑形。设计导航模块,术中导引钉道,指导接骨板及螺钉固定。复查影像学比较术前设计及术后效果符合程度。结果:全部病例术前均数字化设计确定手术方案,在3D打印模块辅助下顺利手术,手术均按术前设计准确实施,接骨板及螺钉位置与术前设计高度一致。结论:数字化设计及3D打印技术能良好指导髋臼骨折内固定,有助于提高手术精确性。
Objective:To explore the feasibility, accuracy and superiority of acetabular fracture internal fixation surgery by using digital design and 3D printing technology. Methods: 30 patients with acetabular fractures were collected in this study. Data of CT scanning were imported into Mimics15.0 software for 3D anatomical modeling, virtual fracture reduction, virtual surgery and the design of intraoperative guides. 3D printing technique was used to print the acetabular bone block and patient-specific intraoperative guides for assist the surgery. Finally, the real operation was compared with virtual preoperative design in terms of their coincidence through X-ray and CT imaging. Results.. All cases were accepted a patient-specific preoperative planning,obtained successful surgery with intraoperative 3D printing guides. The surgical results were in high accordance with the digital design. Conclusion: Digital design and 3D printing technology can be a good guide for acetabular fracture internal fixation,help to improve the surgery accuracy.
