凝固传输过程直接影响到铸锭最终的组织与性能.体积平均法作为一种模型建立方法能够将凝固传输过程中微观与宏观尺度上的现象联系起来,实现宏微观的双向耦合.近年来,体积平均法思想已广泛应用于凝固传输过程的模拟中,极大促进了凝固过程多尺度耦合模拟的研究.本文简要评述了凝固传输过程模拟中体积平均法的提出、主要思想、体积平均法模型的发展及应用情况,并指出了该研究领域存在的主要问题及未来发展方向.
Solidification transport process has a direct effect on the final microstructures and properties of ingots.As a kind of modeling method,the volume-average method can couple the transport phenomena during solidification on macroscopic scales with microscopic scales to realize the bilateral coupling micro-macro.In recent years,the volume average method has been widely used in numerical simulation of solidification transport process and greatly promotes the research on the multi-scale coupling simulation of solidification process.In this paper,we briefly reviewed the main idea of volume average method,and the development and applications of the volume average method models.The existing problems and future research directions are also discussed.
