With the trend of the industrialization development, the cluster development of agricultural industry has become a common phenomenon. It has the important significance for enhancing the competitive advantage of the agricultural industry and promoting the sustainable development of modem agriculture. Based on the overview of agricultural industry clusters, we took Heilongjiang Province as the research object, to analyze the present situation of the cluster development of garicuhural industry in Heilongjiang Province, and then put forward some countermeasures for promoting the sustainable development of agricultural indust~ by industrial cluster model in Heilongjiang Province.
