提高老化大豆种子的萌发效率,对于提高大豆种质保存质量和农业生产质量具有重要意义。本试验使用不同浓度的PEG、CaCl2、Al2(SO4)3和KCl4种溶液对冀黄13自然老化种子进行处理,探究不同化学试剂对自然老化大豆种子萌发的影响。结果表明,与对照相比,在合理的浓度范围内,4种试剂处理均能提高冀黄自然老化种子的萌发水平,其中35%PEG处理和4mmol/L浓度Al2(SO4)3处理对自然老化种子萌发的促进作用最明显。进一步利用上述2种试剂对冀豆17、冀黄13和冀豆16的自然老化种子进行复合处理,结果表明,复合处理的效果好于单独处理,且处理效果存在着基因型差异。
Improving the efficiency of aged soybean seeds is of great significance for soybean germplasm conservation and agricultural production.Four kinds of chemical reagents including PEG,CaCl2,Al2(SO4)3 and KCl in different concentrations were used to improve the germination rates of natural aged soybean seed.The results showed that within a reasonable range of concentrations,the four reagents could increase the germination rates of natural aged JH 13 soybean seeds,35% PEG and 4mmol/L Al2(SO4)3 possessing the most significant effects.These two reagents were further used to combined treat the natural aged seeds of Jihuang 13,Jidou 16 and Jidou 17.The results showed that the effect of combined treatment was better than individual treatment,and the treatment effect varied due to the soybean genotypes.
