为评价亚洲玉米螟对高效氯氟氰菊酯的抗性风险,室内采用毛细管点滴处理4龄幼虫连续汰选11代,并采用葡萄糖氧化酶终点法测定了汰选品系F10代试虫卵、不同龄期幼虫、蛹以及5龄幼虫不同组织部位海藻糖酶活性。结果表明,保持存活率约50%条件下用高效氯氟氰菊酯连续汰选11代,LD50值为0.043μg/虫,除F3代(LD50 0.086μg/虫)外,其它世代与F0代(LD50 0.045μg/虫)差异不显著;汰选品系卵、3龄、4龄幼虫及蛹的海藻糖酶活性为14.54、31.42、53.28和30.79mU/mg pro.,明显低于对照;5龄幼虫的血淋巴和中肠组织中海藻糖酶活性分别为8.05和140.97mU/mg pro.,明显低于对照的58.86和316.17mU/mg pro.。
In order to evaluate the resistance of Asian corn borer, Ostrinia furnacalis (Guenée), to lambda-cyhalothrin, the successive selection keeping about 500/0 insects alive by topical application has been carried out for 11 generations. And the activities of trehalase in different instars and different tissues of the fifth instars were tested with the method of glucose oxidase. It is shown that the LD50 of the F10 generation is 0. 043 μg/individual. There is no significant difference in LD50 between the control F0 (0. 045μg/individual) and any other generation, except the F3 generation with the LD50 of 0. 086μLg/individual. The activities of trehalase of egg, the 3^rd larvae, the 4^th larvae and pupa were 14.54, 31.42, 53.28 and 30.79 mU/mg pro. , significantly lower compared to those in the control. Moreover, the activities of tre-halase in blood and midgut of the 5'h larvae were 8.05 mU/mg pro. and 140.97 mU/mg pro. significantly lower than the control.
