英文摘要：

Based on the previous research and relevant laws and regulations,this empirical study analyzes the evaluation system established from the perspectives of information disclosure,information predictability and relationship linkup.The findings indicate that in terms of investor relations management,the listed companies in Liaoning are at a disadvantage in information disclosure,information predictability and relationship linkup.Some suggestions are then proposed to such existing problems like reinforcing information disclosure,enhancing corporate transparency,strengthening the relationship linkup among investors,improving the construction of corporate websites,staffing investor relations management and establishing a sound organizational system of investor relations management.
