文章将客户化企业范式理论引入学科服务中,尝试从新视角研究嵌入式学科服务工作。首先分析了客户化企业范式理论的特征及其对于学科服务的启示,随后论述了嵌入式学科服务的定位、特征以及嵌入式学科服务体系的组成要素,最后从服务理念建立、服务团队培养、服务平台建设3个方面重点阐述了嵌入式学科服务支撑机制建设问题。
This paper introduces customizing enterprise paradigm theory into embedded subject service and studies from a new perspective. Firstly, the paper analyzes the features of customizing enterprise paradigm theory and its inspiration to subject service. Then, the paper discusses the orientation, features and composing elements of embedded subject service system. Finally, the paper mainly discusses the development of embedded subject service supporting mechanism from 3 aspects, including the estab- lishment of service concept, training of service team and construction of service platform.
