针对传统的信息传输接口存储量小,自身处理能力不足、通信方式单一等缺点,设计了一种基于S3C6410的矿用信息传输接口,该接口以S3C6410芯片为核心处理器,与监控主机之间提供RS232和USB通讯方式,与监控工作站之间提供RS485、CAN和以太网通讯方式。通过基于Win CE的流接口驱动程序设计,实现了接口与外部设备之间的通讯,自检程序使接口通讯方式能够自适应选择。按照监控系统数据类型,对系统内存进行了合理的分配,设计应用程序,实现了监控主机与信息传输接口、接口与井下工作站之间的数据交换任务。实验表明,基于S3C6410的信息传输接口满足矿井监控系统对接口的技术要求。
The traditional information transmission interface has disadvantage of small storage capacity, lacks of processing, and single communication .The information transmission interface for mine based on S3C6410 was presented, the S3C6410 chip was chosen as the core processor, and RS232 and USB communication with the monitoring host, RS485, CAN and Ethernet communica- tion with monitoring workstation were provided.Through the stream interface driver program was designed based on WinCE, realizing the communication between the interface with external devices, and self-inspection programs make interface select communication methods adaptively.An application was designed in consideration of the data types of monitoring system and the reasonable alloca- tion of system memory,and the applications were designed.As a result,it implements the tasks of data exchange among monitoring host,information transmission interface and the underground workstation.Experiments show that the information transmission inter- face based on S3C6410 satisfies the technical requirements of the mine monitoring system interface.
